In Pallikoodam every other Saturday is designated as a bagless day for the students of Stds. V to XII.

They are trained in skills like Carpentry, Gardening, identifying trees and plants, house work, using cutlery, art & craft and so on.

The senior classes of Stds XI and XII have an internship program in one of the following institutions.

Caritas Hospital, Kottayam
Mitera Hospital, Kottayam
DC Books, Kottayam

The aim is to expose them to multiple career opportunities available to them.
