Mrs. Shobha Tharoor Srinivasan, the sister of Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament, recently visited Pallikoodam and had a wonderful interaction with students from Stds V to VIII.

As a renowned children’s author based in California, Mrs. Srinivasan has published numerous books for young readers.

It was fascinating to witness the diverse array of questions posed by the students, demonstrating their inquisitiveness and genuine interest in learning from Shobha’s experiences.

She is also the winner of the 68th National Film Awards for Best Narration Voiceover for the film Rhapsody of Rains- Monsoons of Kerala in 2022.
